At Khampan rafting safety is our first policy and we take it very seriously. We have on our team some of the best, most sought-after rafting guides in Thailand who are whitewater professionals. On and off the water we will do our best to keep you safe. Whitewater rafting is an extreme adventure sport, but we do what we can to minimize the risks. Listed below are a few things we do to make sure that when you travel with us you are as safe as you can be. All our guides are local men who grew up nearby the Maetaeng river and they also trained to be raft guides since they were young, sure they know the Maetaeng river like them backhand.

• Safety Equipment: We use the best safety equipment. EN CE helmets and UL coast guard-approved life jackets. Type V-special use life jackets: Intended Use: Restricted to the special use for which each is designed, for example, sailboard harness, deck suit, paddling vest, commercial whitewater vest, or oat coats.
• Safety team: Our staff is also locals who have spent many years not only working here but also living in this area. That means they know this Maetaeng river and this jungle-like their backhand to ensure you’ll enjoy your trips and be safe.

• Pick-up time may be delayed due to traffic.

• Bookings made within 2 days must confirm availability with us first
• Passport copy required for train ticket – email after booking
• Train tickets are non-refundable
• Tour cancellation: 50% fee if canceled 2+ days prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund.
• Credit card processing fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued by bank transfer or cash.
• In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
