Half-Day Elephant Care

- Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai and travel to the elephant camp.
- Arrive at the camp, meet the team, and change into traditional Mahout clothing.
- Meet the elephants and learn about their behaviour, daily care, and basic communication.
- Prepare traditional herbal medicine and nutritious supplements for the elephants.
- Walk alongside the elephants through the surrounding jungle and natural environment.
- Join the elephants in the river for bathing and brushing.
- Enjoy a Thai lunch with seasonal fruits at the camp.
- Depart from the camp and return to Chiang Mai.
Full-Day Jungle Trekking, Rafting & Elephant Care
Duration 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Pick-up Time: 8:00–8:30 AM
- Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai and travel to the trekking area.
- Begin a guided jungle trek through the natural surroundings, with time to enjoy the forest and local scenery.
- Finish the trek and enjoy a Thai lunch.
- Continue with your selected rafting activity, either Whitewater Rafting or Bamboo Rafting.
- Travel to Bamboo Elephant Camp.
- Arrive at the camp and change into traditional Karen Mahout clothing.
- Meet the elephants and learn about their behaviour and daily care.
- Feed the elephants and enjoy time taking photos with them.
- Learn how traditional herbal supplements are prepared for the elephants.
- Walk alongside the elephants through the surrounding natural area.
- Join the elephants in the river for bathing and brushing.
- Depart from the camp and return to Chiang Mai.
Rafting Choice: This program includes rafting. Choose either Whitewater Rafting or Bamboo Rafting (approx. 30–40 minutes, depending on river conditions).
Full-Day Sticky Waterfall, & Elephant Care
Duration 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Pick-up Time: 8:00–8:30 AM
- Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai and begin the journey.
- Drive through the countryside to Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall.
- Explore and relax at Sticky Waterfall, with time to enjoy the natural surroundings.
- Enjoy your selected rafting activity, either Whitewater Rafting or Bamboo Rafting. (For guests who have added the rafting option.)
- Continue to Bamboo Elephant Camp.
- Arrive at Bamboo Elephant Camp and change into traditional Karen Mahout clothing.
- Meet the elephants and learn about their behaviour and daily care.
- Feed the elephants and enjoy time taking photos with them.
- Learn how traditional herbal supplements are prepared for the elephants.
- Join the elephants in the river for bathing and brushing.

- Tours may start in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, or Laos. Please check the tour details before booking.
- Please make sure to enter the exact hotel name as shown on Google Maps when booking, so we can arrange your pick-up correctly.
- If your group made separate bookings, please provide all booking references at least 2 days before the travel date. We cannot guarantee seats in the same vehicle without this information.

- If you have a flight after the tour, please inform us. Airport drop-off is not included, and travel times may vary due to traffic.

Cancellation Policy:
- For transport or admission tickets, booking is required at least 3 days in advance to secure availability.
- For tours, please book at least 2 days in advance. For bookings made within 1 day of the travel date, please contact us first to confirm availability.
- A passport copy is required for train tickets and special-event tickets. Please email it to us after booking.
- Train tickets, admission tickets, and special-event tickets, including Loy Krathong tickets, are non-refundable once purchased.
- Tour cancellations made at least 2 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing, bank, or transaction fees.
- Tour cancellations made less than 2 days before the travel date and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Payment processing fees, credit card fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.
- In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, unsafe conditions, or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. If the tour is cancelled by us, guests will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement, as applicable.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings or bookings made 1 day before the travel date, please contact us.
