Tours

  • All tours are operated by our business partner(s).
  • All tours are operated daily with a minimum of two people per booking.

If you are a solo traveler, please don’t hesitate to make a booking.

  • All tours are join-in tours of up to 12 people or more. 

  • Tours depart from Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Luang Prabang.

     

          How To Book

  • Fill in your booking Form.
  • We’ll notify you of the availability and payment information via email.
  • Make a payment.
  • Get a confirmation email.

Confirmation

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a receipt and confirmation email with all the details of your booking within 24 hours .Which may be attached to your Junk Mail or Inbox.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via our website.
  • All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and we accept only payment in THB.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice unless a booking has been made.
  • If an alternative payment method is arranged (bank transfer or cash), payment terms will be confirmed by email.

 

Pick up & Drop off area

  •  The tour starts with picking up guests from the city area before moving to the next   location.
  •  If you’re outside of town, please allow extra time for pickup.
  • The tour includes hotel/guesthouse pick-up within a specific radius as mentioned in each tour , mostly within a radius of  5 km from Three Kings Monument.
  •  Additional transfer fees may apply for certain areas in Chiang Mai .To be advised.

 

Please note the following:

  • Pick-up time may be delayed due to traffic.
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather or interruptions.
  • All timings provided are approximate. 

Cancellation Policy 

  • You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 2 days prior to the travel date.
  • Changes of travel date must be made at least 2 days prior to the travel date ·       
  • In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
  • Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
