If you choose not to participate in the additional activity, you will be asked to wait for approximately 30 minutes . You may spend this time in the coffee shop infront of the village. Note: This schedule could change based on what's going on in the area and what the tour group wants. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring everything you'll need for the day. 1. If you want to end the tour in Chiang Rai, please inform us in advance. We will drop you off at the main road only, not at your hotel. 2. If you have a suitcase, there will be an additional charge of 500 THB per bag, payable directly to the driver on the day of travel. Please compare your luggage with the photo provided and write which number(s) match your bags (e.g., No. 1 – 2 bags, No. 12 – 1 bag). Unpaid or unregistered bags cannot be loaded onto the van. 3. Cancellation Policy:
- For transport or admission tickets, booking is required at least 3 days in advance to secure availability.
- For tours, please book at least 2 days in advance. For bookings made within 1 day of the travel date, please contact us first to confirm availability.
- A passport copy is required for train tickets and special-event tickets. Please email it to us after booking.
- Train tickets, admission tickets, and special-event tickets, including Loy Krathong tickets, are non-refundable once purchased.
- Tour cancellations made at least 2 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing, bank, or transaction fees.
- Tour cancellations made less than 2 days before the travel date and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Payment processing fees, credit card fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.
- In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, unsafe conditions, or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. If the tour is cancelled by us, guests will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement, as applicable.
