• Bookings made within 2 days must confirm availability with us first
• Passport copy required for train ticket – email after booking
• Train tickets are non-refundable
• Tour cancellation: 50% fee if canceled 2+ days prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund.
• Credit card processing fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued by bank transfer or cash.
• In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour
