- If your group made separate bookings, please provide all booking references at least 2 days before the travel date. We cannot guarantee seats in the same vehicle without this information.

- If you have a flight after the tour, please inform us. Airport drop-off is not included, and travel times may vary due to traffic.
- For transport or admission tickets, booking is required at least 3 days in advance to secure availability.

- A passport copy is required for train tickets and special-event tickets. Please email it to us after booking.

- Tour cancellations made at least 2 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing, bank, or transaction fees.
- Tour cancellations made less than 2 days before the travel date and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Payment processing fees, credit card fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.
