- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
Exclusion:
- Insurance for children aged 0-3 years: 150 THB. Payment can be made directly to the guide on the day of the trip.
- The cost of a round-trip ticket for the cable car is 20 THB per person, which saves you from climbing up 306 steps to reach the pagoda.

- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
