Program Details:
- Our tour guide and transportation will pick you up from your hotel at the designated time to begin the evening tour.
- We will start the tour by visiting the unique and mystical Wat Umong, also known as the Tunnel Temple. Located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, this temple offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
- You will have the opportunity to explore the temple's underground tunnels, which are adorned with beautiful Buddhist art and provide a sense of tranquility. Take your time to wander through the temple grounds, discover hidden corners, and admire the ancient trees that surround the area.
- After exploring Wat Umong, we will proceed to the renowned Doi Suthep Temple, one of the most sacred and revered temples in northern Thailand. Situated atop Doi Suthep Mountain, the temple offers breathtaking panoramic views of Chiang Mai city and its surroundings.
- We will ascend a 309-step staircase with intricate Naga serpent railings in order to reach the temple. Once at the top, marvel at the golden pagoda, intricate Thai architecture, and the famous Emerald Buddha statue. The temple's serene atmosphere and stunning vistas make it a must-visit destination.
- After immersing ourselves in the beauty and spirituality of Doi Suthep Temple, we will conclude the tour by returning to your hotel. Our transportation will safely drop you off, ensuring a comfortable end to your evening adventure.
