🌿 Half Day Program (Approx. 4.5 hours)
- Pick-up from hotel in Chiang Mai
- Arrive at Elephant Jungle Paradise Park – warm welcome
- Introduction to elephants and caregivers (15 min)
- Feed and interact with elephants up close
- Walk to the jungle and join elephants for a mud bath (30 min)
- Clean up and walk back to the camp
- Enjoy coffee break and seasonal fruits
- Farewell to elephants & staff
- Return to Chiang Mai

🌿 Full Day Program (Approx. 9.5 hours)
- Pick-up from hotel in Chiang Mai
- Arrive at Elephant Jungle Paradise Park – greeted by jungle scenery
- History & behavior lesson about Asian elephants (15 min)
- Feed the elephants, join in a mud spa, and bathe with them
- Homemade Thai Lunch in the jungle (1 hr)
- Visit nearby waterfall, relax and optionally swim (1 hr)
- Bamboo rafting along the jungle river (1.3 hr)
- Walk back, clean up, and enjoy snacks/coffee
- Farewell to the elephants and park
- Return to Chiang Mai

Cancellation Policy :
- Booking required 3+ days in advance to secure seats
- Bookings made within 2 days must confirm availability with us first
- Passport copy required for train ticket – email after booking
- Train tickets are non-refundable
- Tour cancellation: 50% fee if canceled 2+ days prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund.
- Credit card processing fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued by bank transfer or cash.
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
