- Pick up from your hotel, and take 1 hr to the park.
- Get information about our retired elephants and our park.
- Prepare food & herbal medicine for elephants and enjoy feeding them.
- Time for lunch, our lunch is a traditional Thai vegetarian buffet.
- Time to clean the elephant by bathing them and scrubbing mud to protect elephant skin from the insect and letting them play in the sand area.

- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
