Join us for an exciting adventure with our Half-Day Elephant Sanctuary Visit and Whitewater Rafting Expedition. We'll pick you up from your hotel in Chiang Mai and take you on a beautiful 1.5-hour drive through the countryside to our sanctuary.

Program Details
- Pick-up and Drive: We'll pick you up from your hotel and drive through the pretty countryside to the sanctuary.
- Arrival and Dress-up: When we arrive, we'll give you traditional clothes to wear.
- Meet the Elephants: Get up close and personal with our elephants! You can feed them, play with them, and learn cool facts about them.
- Walk with Elephants: Take a peaceful walk with the elephants by the river and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
- Bathe and Brush Elephants: Help us give the elephants a bath and brush them. It's super fun!
- Enjoy Thai Food: After all the fun, we'll have a yummy Thai lunch or dinner with fresh fruits.
- Whitewater Rafting Adventure: Brace yourself for some excitement! We'll go whitewater rafting on the river for an adventurous ride. It takes approximately 40 minutes along the Mae Taeng River (5km).
- Return Journey: After all the excitement, we'll drive you back to your hotel in Chiang Mai.
- Leave Smile Elephant Sanctuary and drive approximately 1.5 hours back to Chiang Mai city, and drop off at your hotel or accommodation.

- Hotel pick-up and drop-off within a radius of 5 km from the Three Kings. Monument.
- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us

- You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 2 days prior to the travel date.
- Changes of travel date must be made at least 2 days prior to the travel date ·
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
