It is a cooperative between members of the Thai traditional people who are elephant caregivers and Chiang Mai residents who have worked with Thai traditional people and elephants for many years and are concerned about elephants' health and quality of life.

Program Details
- Pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Chiang Mai city.
- Drive approximately 1.5 hours North of Chiang Mai through the countryside, forest, and local farming areas.
- Arrive at the Smile Elephant Sanctuary and change into Traditional cloth.
Meet the elephants, feed, interact, and play with the elephants in the natural environment.and learn about their behavior and history. Make herb balls,Take photos with the elephants. - Walk with elephants along the Mae Taeng River and surrounding areas where elephants live around 30 min.
- Enjoy bathing, and brushing the elephants.
- Have lunch/Dinner Thai food and seasonal fruits.
- Change clothes and say goodbye to the elephants.
- Leave Smile Elephant Sanctuary and drive approximately 1.5 hours back to Chiang Mai city and drop off at your hotel or accommodation

- Hotel pick-up and drop-off within a radius of 5 km from the Three Kings. Monument.
- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.

- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
