Jungle Flight's highly trained staff is happy to have led guests from 8 to 70 years old, but for safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 120 kg. Ensure 100% comfort and safety for the customers at all times. They take pride in delivering excellent service, always with a smile.

- Hotel pick-up and drop-off within a radius of 5 km from the Three Kings. Monument.
- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.

- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
