Program Details
- 9:00–9:30 a.m.: Begin your day with a convenient hotel pick-up.
- Embark on a scenic 45-minute drive from Chiang Mai city to the Maerim Elephant Sanctuary.
- Upon arrival, don traditional mahout clothing and warmly greet the elephants with your basket of bananas.
- Immerse yourself in the lives of these gentle giants as you play with our elephant family, learning about their behaviour and unique stories.
- Indulge in a rejuvenating mud spa and playful sand interactions with the elephants.
- Relax under the sun by the swimming pool, taking in the serene surroundings.
- Join in on a hands-on experience as you learn the art of crafting your own traditional noodle soup.
- Assist in foraging for elephant treats, contributing to their well-being.
- Embark on a guided walk in the jungle alongside our elephants, tracing a stream through the natural beauty and local farms.
- Revel in the joy of bathing with the elephants and engaging in more sand play.
- Bid farewell to our beloved elephants and change into comfortable clothes.

- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.

- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
