Chiang Mai's First Cooking School The family runs Chiang Mai's first and only hands-on cooking school, which is also the only one of its kind. That means you cut up the food, cook it, and make all the sauces yourself. This is not a show-and-tell or jigsaw puzzle class! The cookbook is full of original family recipes that have been passed down from one generation to the next. It's not a copy of another guide! They invite you to live with them and teach you how to cook Thai food.

Program Details
- Pickup from your hotel
- Start the tour with the local market (morning and evening courses only). The instructor guides participants through the market, explaining key Thai ingredients.
- In this course, you can choose five dishes from the categories.
In cooking class:
- Curry Paste Preparation:Learn to make a basic Thai curry paste from scratch. Understand the essential ingredients and techniques.
- Curry Dish:Cook a Thai curry using the prepared curry paste. Focus on flavour balance and heat adjustment.
- Stir-Fried Dish:Master the art of stir-frying. Prepare a stir-fried dish with your chosen protein and vegetables,emphasis on texture and flavour.
- Soup Dish:Create a classic Thai soup with aromatic herbs and spices. Develop skills for achieving harmonious flavours.
- Spring Rolls:Assemble fresh spring rolls with rice paper, vegetables, herbs, and protein. Craft a dipping sauce for added taste.
- During the class, you can enjoy tea, coffee, water, herbal drinks, and snacks.
- Optional Thai Cocktail Session:Learn to create a Thai cocktail using local ingredients.
- Non-alcoholic versions are available.

- Hotel pick-up and drop-off within a radius of 5 km from the Three Kings. Monument.
- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.

- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
