Due to current border regulations between Thailand and Laos, travelers holding passports from the following countries cannot join this program when traveling from Thailand to Laos:
Israel, the Philippines, Türkiye, and Indonesia

Day 1
- 09:30 Pickup from your hotel.
- 12:30 Visit A Well-Known Magnificent White Temple (Excluded Entrance Fee And Lunch)
- 16:00 Cross the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4.(Bokeo Province) by bus .
- 17:00 Hotel At Huay Xai (Private Room)
Day 2
- Enjoy a day at your leisure.
Day 3
- 15:00 Taxi Pick Up from hotel
- 16:00 Cross The Border By Bus
- 22:00 Arrive To Chiangmai
Important Notes
- This tour operates as a group excursion.
- Pick-up time may vary due to traffic conditions.
- Itinerary is subject to alteration based on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- All stated timings are approximate.
- Ensure possession of a 30-day visa exemption stamp or an expiring tourist visa in your passport.
- Limited to two border crossings overland in the current calendar year.
- If holding another type of visa (NON-B, Non-O…) nearing expiration and planning to exit Thailand to re-enter on a new visa or activate a new entry, consider extending your visa exemption or tourist visa once at an immigration office for an additional 30 days before embarking on this trip.
- Student visas, volunteer visas, or Non-B visas with work permits must be canceled at the immigration office before undertaking this border trip.
- We do not guarantee the outcome of your border run to Huay Xai. While we provide advice on your visa situation in Thailand, transportation services are limited to travel from Chiang Mai to Chiang Khong.
Responsibility lies with the traveler to ensure compliance of visa/passport and travel documents with Thai and Lao immigration regulations. - Early booking is recommended to avoid the risk of overstaying beyond the expiration date of your current visa (overstays incur a fine of 500 THB per day by Thai Immigration Police).

- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.
Exclusion:
- Lunch.
- Entrance fee to White Temple.
- Laos visa fee (approximately 45 USD ), subject to nationality (some ordinary passport holders are exempt from visa on arrival fees in Laos: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Visa & Arrival Card (Laos – Land Border): Even with a Laos e-Visa, travelers entering via Friendship Bridge 4 must complete the paper arrival card at the Lao border. Online arrival forms apply to air arrivals only.
- Any other expenses not mentioned in the package.
Preparation :
- Valid passport with at least two completely blank pages and 6-month validity at the time of travel. (Ensure use of the same passport for exit and re-entry).
- Have documents ready for potential requests on the Thai side of the border upon re-entry: Hotel reservations or proof of address in Thailand (a TM30 is acceptable).
- Onward flight reservation within the period of your extended stay in Thailand (recommended if available).

Cancellation Policy :
- You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 2 days prior to the travel date.
- Changes to travel date must be made at least 2 days prior to the travel date ·
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-shows and last-minute cancellations for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
