Chiang Mai → Chiang Rai Transfer. (Morning Trip)
- 09.00–09.30 a.m. Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai by shared air-conditioned van.
- 12.30 a.m. Stop at the famous White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) for 20–30 minutes. Entrance fee and personal expenses are not included.
- 01.30 - 02.00 p.m. Arrive and drop off at Chiang Rai Bus Terminal 1. End of the program in Chiang Rai.
Chiang Mai → Chiang Rai Transfer (Afternoon Trip)
- 12.30–01.00 p.m. Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai by shared air-conditioned van.
- A short rest stop for restroom or personal needs (about 30 minutes).
- 05.00–05.30 p.m. Arrive and drop off at Chiang Rai Bus Terminal 1. End of the program in Chiang Rai (No White Temple stop).

- For bookings made within 7 days, please contact us to check availability before booking. If the van is full, we will refund your payment; however, credit card fees are non-refundable.
- The tickets must be booked at least 2 days in advance. If you would like to book last-minute, please contact us first.
Please Note
Luggage Policy
- Each passenger is allowed up to 2 bags free of charge (1 backpack + 1 carry-on or small suitcase up to 18”) From the 3rd bag onward: 100 THB per bag.
- Rolling suitcase charges:
– Up to 20”: 100 THB per bag.
– Over 20”: 150 THB per bag.
Please inform us at least 2 days in advance if you have extra or large luggage. Luggage fees are paid directly to the driver. Unregistered bags cannot be loaded onto the van.

- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.
Exclusion
- Ticket and lunch at the White temple.
- Any other expenses not mentioned in the package.

- Changes of travel date must be made at least 2 days prior to the travel date ·
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
