Program Details
Day 1
- We start our journey at 9:00 - 9.30 am with a comfortable ride in our special van from Chiang Mai.
- Along the way, we'll visit the stunning White Temple Â
     ( The entrance ticket fee and lunch are not included.)
- 03.00 pm. Crossing the border by bus
     (don't worry, the bus border fee is covered.)
- 04.00 pm. Accommodation at Huay Xai, Laos.(2 people per room, with an additional 300 THB for private rooms).

Day 2
- 07.30-08.00 am, we'll take a taxi ride to Na Toey Railway Station, which is a 4-hour journey on a dirt road.Â
- At 15.00, we'll board the train and enjoy the scenic ride to Luang Prabang, arriving at 17.00-17.30Â to explore this UNESCO World Heritage City. ( End the program Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang.)
- At 19.00-19.30, we'll reach Vang Vieng, surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature (End the program Chiang Mai to Vang Vieng)
- Â By 21.00-21.30, we'll head to Vientiane, the laid-back capital city known for its cool vibes and French-style buildings. (End the program, Chiang Mai to Vientiane.)

- Hotel pick-up and drop-off within a radius of 5 km from the Three Kings. Monument.
- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. The actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.

- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
