A : Chiang Rai → Chiang Khong Vehicle Border Checkpoint.
- Pick-up time: Morning 05:00 – 05:30 AM or Afternoon 02:00 – 02:30 PM. (please select your preferred time when booking)
- Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Rai by shared air-conditioned van.
- Estimated travel duration: approximately 1.30 - 2 hours.
- The service ends at Chiang Khong Vehicle Border Checkpoint. No city drop-off is provided.
B : Chiang Rai → Laos Border Control and Immigration Office
- Pick-up time: Morning 05:00 – 05:30 AM or Afternoon 02:00 – 02:30 PM. (please select your preferred time when booking)
- Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Rai by shared air-conditioned van.
- Estimated travel duration: approximately 1.30 - 2 hours.
- Arrive at Chiang Khong Border, change from the van to an official cross-border bus, and cross into Laos via the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4. The cross-border bus ticket is included.
- The service ends at Laos Border Control and Immigration Office.
C : Chiang Rai → Huay Xai City Center : Bokeo Laos
- Pick-up time: Afternoon 02:00 – 02:30 PM.
- Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Rai by shared air-conditioned van.
- Estimated travel duration: approximately 1.30 - 2 hours.
- Arrive at Chiang Khong Border, change from the van to an official cross-border bus, and cross into Laos via the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4. The cross-border bus ticket is included.
- Upon arrival at the Laos Border Control and Immigration Office, you will complete the immigration and visa process with assistance from our staff on both the Thai and Laos sides. After completing the formalities, our local Laos team will transfer you to your hotel in Huay Xai City. The transfer takes approximately 30 minutes. Hotel drop-off is available within the downtown area only.

- For bookings made within 7 days, please contact us to check availability before booking. If the van is full, we will refund your payment; however, credit card fees are non-refundable.
- The tickets must be booked at least 2 days in advance. If you would like to book last-minute, please contact us first.
Please Note
Luggage Policy
- Each passenger is allowed up to 2 bags free of charge (1 backpack + 1 carry-on or small suitcase up to 18”) From the 3rd bag onward: 100 THB per bag.
- Rolling suitcase charges:
– Up to 20”: 100 THB per bag.
– Over 20”: 150 THB per bag.
Luggage fees are paid directly to the driver. Unregistered bags cannot be loaded onto the van.

- Insurance: To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
Exclusion
- Laos Visa fee: 1,800 -2,000 THB or $40 USD (cash only) If you use USD, the bills must be in perfect condition — not torn, dirty, or old. Only new bills are accepted.
- Visa photo (If you don’t have a photo, you can inform our team. We offer a photo service for 100 THB, 2-inch photo.

- Visa & Arrival Card (Laos – Land Border): Even with a Laos e-Visa, travelers entering via Friendship Bridge 4 must complete the paper arrival card at the Lao border. Online arrival forms apply to air arrivals only.
- Immigration fee (if applicable): approximately USD 1, payable at the border.
- Any other expenses not mentioned in the package.

- If you have a flight after the tour, please inform us. Airport drop-off is not included, and travel times may vary due to traffic.

Cancellation Policy :
- You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 2 days prior to the travel date.
- Changes of travel date must be made at least 2 days prior to the travel date ·
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
