  • A passport copy is required for train tickets and special-event tickets. Please email it to us after booking.
  • Train tickets, admission tickets, and special-event tickets, including Loy Krathong tickets, are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Tour cancellations made at least 2 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing, bank, or transaction fees.
  • Tour cancellations made less than 2 days before the travel date and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Payment processing fees, credit card fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.
  • In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, unsafe conditions, or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. If the tour is cancelled by us, guests will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement, as applicable.
