Itinerary:

Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai 08:00–08:30 AM
Drive ~1.5 hours to Smile Elephant Sanctuary
Change into traditional clothes
Meet the elephants, feed them, and learn about their background
Make herbal balls and take photos with elephants (30 min)
Walk with elephants along the Mae Taeng River and forested areas (30 min)
Bathe and brush the elephants (30 min)
Enjoy seasonal Thai lunch or dinner (30 min)
Change clothes and say goodbye
Return to Chiang Mai arrive back ~14:30

Whitewater Rafting Adventure:

Cancellation Policy :

Booking required 3+ days in advance to secure seats
Bookings made within 2 days must confirm availability with us first
Passport copy required for train ticket – email after booking
Train tickets are non-refundable
Tour cancellation: 50% fee if canceled 2+ days prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund.
Credit card processing fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued by bank transfer or cash.
In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
