Program Details
- At 7:30 a.m. Your trip starts when you leave Chiang Mai and drive for about 150 kilometres through the beautiful province of Chiang Rai.
- At 8:40 a.m. Your first stop will be at the Mae Kha Jan Hot Spring, where you can take a break and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Take in the calm seas and beautiful scenery around you.
- At 10:30Â a.m. The White Temple, also called Wat Rong Khun, is sure to draw you in. It is a highlight of the day because of its beautiful architecture and intricate features that leave people in awe.
- At 11:30 a.m. Recharge at a nearby restaurant with a delicious buffet lunch of authentic Thai food.
- At 1 p.m., go to the Blue Temple, also called Wat Rong Suea Ten, to learn more. Learn about the temple's cultural importance as you look at its bright blue colour and the intricate artwork that decorates it.
- At 2:15 p.m., go to the Black Museum, also called Baan Dum, to see its unique art collection and building. Learn about Thai society through the artist Thawan Duchanee's works, which are very different from each other.
- At 03.30 p.m. As the day comes to a close, start heading back to Chiang Mai. On the way back, you can take it easy and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
- When you get back to Chiang Mai at 7.00 p.m., the tour is over. It was a day full of exploring and learning about the culture.
Optional Tour
- Karen Longneck village and otherchilltribe . Take the opportunity to meet the fascinating and unique Karen Long Neck people and witness the incredible length of their necks, which has been passed down through generations as a cherished tradition.
If you choose not to participate in the additional activity, you will be asked to wait for approximately 1 hour. You may spend this time exploring the nearby hill tribe village or market.Â
Note: This schedule could change based on what's going on in the area and what the tour group wants. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring everything you'll need for the day.  Â
1. If you want to end the tour in Chiang Rai, please inform us in advance. We will drop you off at the main road only, not at your hotel.Â
2. If you have a suitcase, there will be an additional charge of 500 THB per bag. You can pay directly to the driver, but please let us know in advance to reserve space for the luggage
3. If you have a child aged 0-2 years, please keep in mind that the journey is 3-4 hours long with winding roads. Can your child sit on your lap the whole time? If you need an extra seat, it will cost 500 ฿. Please inform us in advance so we can arrange it. You can pay the guide on the day of the trip.
