Program Details
Day 1
- 09.00 -09.30 am. Pickup is done by a 10-seater air-conditioned VIP van.
- 12.30 pm Visit a well-known and magnificent White Temple
( The entrance ticket fee and lunch are excluded.)
Note: Sometimes, we may not be able to stop at the temple during peak hours or if it is too late on the way to the border. In such a case, we will stop at a local restaurant on the way instead.
- 04.00 pm. Crossing Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4. by bus.
- 05.30 pm. Phetatoun bus station.
Day 2
- 08.00 Arrive at Luang Prabang.

Updated Important Travel Notice (Effective from 27 October 2025):
- Please be informed that due to current border regulations between Thailand and Laos, travelers holding passports from the following countries are not permitted to cross the border at Chiang Khong – Huay Xai checkpoint: Israel, Philippines, Türkiye, and Indonesia. Therefore, travelers with passports from these countries cannot join this tour from Thailand to Laos.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding.
Compared to slow boats, sleeper buses to Laos are more likely to experience delays or breakdowns during the journey. Please be aware that these buses are operated by local companies and are beyond our control. The drivers often do not speak or understand English. Once you board the bus, our responsibility ends, and any issues that occur during the trip will be the passenger’s responsibility.

- Bus ticket to Luang Prabang.
- Bus ticket crossing the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off within a radius of 5 km from the Three Kings. Monument.
- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at the McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. Actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance :To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.

- There is no toilet on the bus, but the bus will make stops along the way.
- Pick-up time may be delayed due to traffic.

- Passport copy required for train ticket – email after booking
- Train tickets are non-refundable
- Tour cancellation: 50% fee if canceled 2+ days prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund.
- Credit card processing fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued by bank transfer or cash.
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
