- The boat ticket must be kept for 2 days. If you lose your ticket, you will need to buy a new one yourself. We cannot replace or reissue lost tickets.
- The number of boats allowed to leave Laos ports is solely regulated by the Lao government and is beyond our control.
- During peak season (November to February), some days may be very busy, and the boats may be crowded, which may affect comfort.
- We ask for your understanding and recommend that you plan and prepare before booking this trip. You must be on the boat for at least 6 hours. If you have any health problems such as knee pain, heel pain, osteoarthritis, please consider this before booking
Program Details
Day 1
- 09.00 -09.30 am. Pickup is done by air-conditioned van.
- 12.30 pm Visit a well-known and magnificent White Temple
( The entrance ticket fee and lunch are excluded.)
Note: Sometimes, we may not be able to stop at the temple during peak hours or if it is too late on the way to the border. In such a case, we will stop at a local restaurant on the way instead.
- 04.00 pm. Crossing Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4. by bus.
- 05.30 pm. Accommodation at Huay Xai in Laos.
Rooms are based on double occupancy (2 persons per room). Guests booking together will stay in the same room. Solo travelers will share a room with another traveler by default unless the private room option is selected (+400 THB, paid on the travel day).
Day 2
- 08.00 am. Breakfast. (Free sandwich box)
- 9.00 am. Take a boat trip to Pakbang.

- 08.00 am. Take the boat trip to Luang Prabang.
- 05.00 pm. Arrive at Luang Prabang
Luggage Policy :
Each ticket includes 1 bag (up to 20") or 1 backpack.
Oversized or extra bags will be charged 200 THB per piece, payable to the driver on the day of travel. Unpaid or unregistered bags cannot be loaded onto the van.
End Of Service :
- The shared taxi fare from the Slow Boat Pier to Luang Prabang city center is USD 2 per person.
- In Laos, both USD and Thai Baht are accepted

- If you are outside the pick-up radius, please fill out the reservation form for pickup at the McDonald's Im Thapae. Address: 17/1 Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50100. Actual pickup will be in front of the restaurant.
- Insurance :To ensure insurance coverage for accidents, we kindly request a copy of your passport. Please send it to us via email or WhatsApp at least one day before the tour begins.
- Reservations are required at least two days in advance. For last-minute bookings one day before tours start, kindly contact us.
EXCLUSION
- Ticket and lunch at the White temple.
- Laos Visa fee: 1,800 -2,000 THB or $40 USD (cash only) If you use USD, the bills must be in perfect condition — not torn, dirty, or old. Only new bills are accepted.
- Visa photo (If you don’t have a photo, you can inform our team. We offer a photo service for 100 THB, 2-inch photo.
- A tourist tax of approximately THB 70–100 applies. E-visa and visa exemption holders must pay this fee directly at the Laos border control.

- Visa & Arrival Card (Laos – Land Border): Even with a Laos e-Visa, travelers entering via Friendship Bridge 4 must complete the paper arrival card at the Lao border. Online arrival forms apply to air arrivals only.

- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event such as bad weather or cancellation by our business partner(s), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer. Any bank fee that occurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons to maintain our competitive price as your seats cannot be resold.
